Responsible Gambling Tools
TAB Australia provides the following self-management tools within your account settings. You can activate or adjust these tools at any time from My Account → Responsible Gambling.
💰 Deposit Limits
Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 7-day cooling-off period.
⏱ Session Reminders
Receive on-screen notifications after 30, 60 or 90 minutes of continuous use to remind you to take a break.
🚫 Loss Limits
Cap the maximum amount you can lose over any 1-day, 7-day or 30-day rolling period.
⏸ Take a Break
Temporarily suspend your account from 1 day up to 6 weeks. Great for holidays or if you feel you need a short breather.
🔒 Self-Exclusion
Permanently or temporarily exclude yourself from TAB Australia for a minimum of 3 months up to indefinitely. Takes effect within 24 hours.

View a full history of your bets, deposits and withdrawals at any time to track your activity and spending patterns.
BetStop — National Self-Exclusion Register
BetStop is the Australian Government's free national self-exclusion register for online wagering. Registering with BetStop bars you from all licensed Australian wagering services simultaneously for a period of 1 month to lifetime.
TAB Australia is legally required to check BetStop on all new account applications. If you are on BetStop, you cannot open a TAB Australia account.
